Following Government guidance, our Showrooms in Rugby, Daventry and Coventry have now reopened. We have always taken the safety of our colleagues and customers very seriously and that responsibility is now even more important.
As a result, we have rearranged our Showroom layouts and updated many of our procedures, to both respect guidelines and ensure that customers and colleagues feel confident and safe in our dealerships.
In line with government guidelines, we've changed our procedures and rearranged our dealerships to ensure that customers and colleagues can always maintain the required social distancing.
Please dont be offended if we dont shake your hands, and rest assured that all of our staff members are regularly wash their hands and Technicians are changing their gloves between every vehicle.
To ensure our facilities remain as clean as possible, we've added additional cleaning procedures to our existing routines. This includes disinfecting all common touch points on all showroom vehicles.
Ensuring that when you come to visit us, you can have confidence that we are committed to keeping both our customers and colleagues safe. Our dealership teams have been exceptionally busy behind the scenes getting everything ready.
you visit one of our dealerships, you’ll notice that our teams have positioned
new signage throughout the showroom. Just like you’ll have seen when you goto
other retail stores, the signage is there to help you to keep 2 metres from
other customers or colleagues, we are
also operating a one way system through the showrooms to ensure the safe flow
of customers through the dealership.
We have reduced the number
of vehicles that we are displaying in our showrooms, to help you maintain
social distancing in the space available. Each of our dealerships will have members
of staff, who are dedicated to regularly sanitising all of New and used
cars that are on display, both inside and out.
To ensure that all the
cars remain sanitized, ready for customer to sit in, all cars within the dealership will remain
locked until a member of the sales team can safely show you around your desired
car. During the viewing, we’ll ensure that there’s only ever one person in the
car, and for extra piece of mind the contact points of the vehicle will be
fully sanitized before you enter the vehicle, as well as when you exit it.
That way, you can be sure that all of the cars on display are clean and you’ll never have to worry about who was the last person to touch the vehicle.

We are also encouraging contactless mobile payment, such as Apple & Google Pay, at every location. However, if you need to pay by card, we’ll provide protective gloves for you as you use the card payment machines.
To help maintain social distancing, we will ask you contact us to make an appointment before you visit. This will ensure that we can manage the number of colleagues and customers within our dealerships at any one time, unfortunately we have had to close the refreshment areas at each site, and close our customer waiting areas.
