Ideally you will have previous experience as a service advisor, however full training will be given to the right person.
Take the time to talk to people & build a genuine rapport in order to identify exactly what your customer requires, turning opportunities into business.
Exceed customer satisfaction by achieving targets on the Vauxhall service satisfaction programme.
Effectively promote and sell additional items such as service plans and upsell items on our unique product challenge.
You will Account manage your customers from enquiry to invoice, ensuring excellent customer retention.
You must have knowledge and experience of:
Sales / Aftersales / Customer Service.
Customer handling and telephone techniques.
Sales procedures, processes, and follow-up procedures
IT Systems including Microsoft Office
You must hold a full UK valid driving license.
